Jack Springs Road Construction Update

Atmore, Ala. (October 2, 2026) – The Poarch Creek Indians are advising motorists of a construction update on the Jack Springs Road project.

Drivers traveling along Jack Springs Road in Atmore, north of I-65, should be aware of ongoing daily construction activity in the area. Motorists are asked to use caution, obey all posted speed limits, and watch for construction workers and equipment in or near the roadway.

Please allow additional travel time and plan your route accordingly. A month-long road closure with a detour at Poarch Road is also planned for a future date. Additional information, including the specific dates, will be shared as they become available.
