Tradition, arts, education and culture

The Cultural Department is comprised of a seven-member Board of Directors and a full-time staff. The Cultural Department oversees all aspects of cultural education, use of the Pow Wow Grounds, cultural programs, and related activities and events. The Cultural Department hosts a number of unique events on an annual basis including the Creek Indian Art Show, Southeastern Indian Festival, Calvin McGhee Memorial, and the Annual Thanksgiving Pow Wow.
