A high school student, Maxwell is on the swim team, the debate team, in the Spanish club and project outreach. He also participates in Model UN, working on social committees and debating humanitarian and financial subjects that range from debt relief to child imprisonment and human trafficking. His passion for these issues has helped shape his goals—to elevate Tribal youth through education and shared Poarch values, and to become a lawyer who can continue to guarantee the Tribe’s hard-won sovereignty.
