Justin Stabler holds two distinct positions within the Poarch Creek Indians: Tribal Council Member and Vice President of Operations for H2 PCI (located in Atmore, AL). H2 PCI is a company focused on exceptional construction, program management, and facilities support services to Federal Agency and Department of Defense customers. Justin finds great joy in working and serving his Tribe in both capacities. Prior to becoming a Tribal Council Member, he also served as the Chairperson for the Tribe’s Enrollment Review Committee and the Treasurer/Secretary for their Tribal Gaming Commission.
Justin is dedicated to helping not only the Poarch Creek Indians but also other Tribes and people in need. Justin has founded and runs Muskogee Missions, a non-profit organization that focuses on providing mission trip opportunities for people to attend and help those in need. This organization also helps support local missionaries worldwide by providing funding and assistance with projects that help reach people in their areas.
Justin earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Auburn University and his Master of Jurisprudence in Indian Law degree from the University of Tulsa. He currently resides in Atmore, Alabama, with his two children, Jaye-Harper and Jentzen.

Justin Stabler was born and raised in the Poarch community and has deep roots in the Tribe’s journey toward growth and self-determination. Justin has lived in the Poarch community since his childhood. His family lived in rental housing on the reservation before moving into a Tribally Assisted Home Ownership (TAHO) program home in the community when he was in the fourth grade. His parents, Woodrow and Velma, worked for the Tribe—his mother as a custodian and his father as a security guard at the original Creek Bingo Palace. After losing his father at a young age, Justin was raised by his mother, who worked two jobs to support him and instilled in him the values of perseverance, faith, and service. Her sacrifices laid the foundation for his work ethic and sense of responsibility to his community.
From a young age, Justin aspired to become a leader within the Tribe. After earning a degree in Political Science from Auburn University, he returned home, interned with the Tribal Council, and later pursued a Master of Jurisprudence in Indian Law from the University of Tulsa. He believes leadership is about making sound decisions that benefit future generations and strengthen Tribal sovereignty.
Justin believes the most important responsibility of a Tribal leader is to ensure the Tribe’s longevity and sovereignty. He is focused on equipping Tribal Citizens with the tools and opportunities needed to improve their lives. His leadership is grounded in making sound decisions for the benefit of the entire community and leaving things better for the next generation.
As a part-time Tribal Council Member, Justin prioritizes staying engaged with the community through active participation in events and committees. He currently serves on the Land and Natural Resources Committee and maintains an open-door policy to ensure Tribal Citizens feel heard. He values visibility and connection and is committed to showing up and staying informed.
Outside of his leadership roles, Justin’s greatest joy is spending time with his children, who are his motivation and inspiration. He enjoys attending church, playing golf, traveling, and participating in mission trips. His role models include his late mother, whose strength shaped his character, and Alex Alvarez, a mentor who first introduced him to community service and cultural engagement through the Tribal Youth Council.
Justin remains dedicated to serving the Poarch Creek community with purpose, humility, and vision.
