Reston, VA — June 2026— PCI Federal’s Technology & Mission Solutions (PCI-TMS) sector announced that two entities under its governance, PCI Government Services (PCI‑GS) and PCI Professional Services (PCI‑PS), have been appraised at Maturity Level 3 of ISACA’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI®) for both the Development (DEV) and Services (SVC) domains. The appraisal was performed by Concept QA Labs, a CMMI partner.

With this appraisal, PCI‑GS and PCI‑PS join SuprTEK, another PCI-TMS entity that has been previously appraised at CMMI Maturity Level 3 for Development, further strengthening process maturity across the PCI-TMS portfolio.

An appraisal at Maturity Level 3 indicates the organization is performing at a “defined” level, where processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. The organization’s set of standard processes is established and improved over time.

CMMI is a globally recognized performance improvement model that provides organizations with the essential elements needed to improve capability, optimize performance, and align operations with business objectives.

This appraisal supports PCI-TMS’s broader focus on strengthening integrated management practices and advancing maturity across quality, service management, and information security disciplines.
