A highly respected leader in the gaming and hospitality industry, Erpenbach brings more than 35 years of experience driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and team-centered cultures across some of the Midwest’s most competitive markets.

Erpenbach joins Wind Creek Chicago Southland following her role as General Manager at Golden Nugget Danville, where she was instrumental in stabilizing operations post-opening, strengthening team engagement, and positioning the property for long-term success. Her extensive career includes executive leadership roles such as CEO and Board Chairperson of Spectacle Entertainment, where she played a critical role in the successful development and opening of Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana, one of the most competitive properties in the Chicagoland region.
