Colby’s lifelong love of dance and music developed into a passion when he joined the Poarch Creek Powwow Club and learned the grass and chicken dances. It sparked a sense of freedom and exhilaration. Now an experienced performer, he travels to powwows across the US, meeting people from other tribes and bonding over a rich, shared history.
