11th Annual Southeastern Indian Festival

Southeastern Indian Festival- event is hosted by the Cultural Department for the public with a major attendance made by visiting schools from the surrounding area. This event focuses on accurately portraying, and offering education on the rich and vast culture of the various tribes found traditionally in the Southeast. Throughout this event, various demonstrations on traditional dance styles, traditional stories, living history, etc. are offered


 

When:
Spring 2024

School Hours Only: April 3–5 at 9am–2pm

Public Hours: April 5 at 4–7 pm

 

Where:
Pow Wow Grounds

 

Free admission:
Limited to school groups only during certain hours
