2012-2013 Princesses

2012-2013 Senior Princess: Samantha Miller

Samantha is the 17 year old daughter of Lisa Ardis of Atmore, AL and Phillip Miller of Bogalusa, LA. She is the granddaughter of Dewitt McGhee and Mavis McGhee, Darrell Miller and the late Phyllis Miller.

Her favorite subjects are History and English.

Samantha is a member of the varsity softball team, Spanish Club, Friends of Exceptional Students, Diamond Darlings, and Miss AWAG or Area Women Activist Group.

She is an “A” Honor Roll Student, was voted 10th Grade Class Favorite and was crowned the 2004-2005 Poarch Creek Indian Elementary Princess.

Her favorite food is boneless fried chicken.

She enjoys playing softball, baking, finger-weaving, making jewelry, beading, making moccasins, cosmetology, and spending time with her family.

2012-2013 Junior Princess: Madison McGhee

Madison is the 15 year old daughter of Kimberly and Bryan McGhee of Atmore, AL and the granddaughter of Thelma Mulder Baker and the late Mack Baker, Sharon Newby, the late Hollis McGhee, and the late Doug Townson.

Her favorite subject is Biology.

Madison is a member of the Poarch Creek Powwow Club, Northview FFA, Girl’s Weightlifting Team, Spanish Club, and the Unity Baptist Church Youth Drama Team. She served as the Junior Head Lady for the 2012 Jena Band of Choctaw Indians Pow Wow in the Pines.

Her favorite food is her Memaw’s dressing.

Madison enjoys babysitting, baking, and dancing at pow wows.

She attends Unity Baptist Church in Atmore.

2012-2013 Elementary Princess: Kinzie Rackard

Kinzie is the 10 year old daughter of Mary and Jason Rackard of Atmore, AL and the granddaughter of Carolyn and Ervin Thortis and Carolyn and Lonnie Rackard.

She is an honor roll student who has been named Student of the Month every year since Kindergarten. Her favorite subjects are Math, Reading, Art, and P.E.

Kinzie is a member of the Sunshine Math Team and Closed Circuit TV Crew.

Her hobbies include drawing, reading, and spending time with family and friends. She enjoys learning about new things and may want to be a teacher when she grows up.

Her favorite foods are roast with potatoes, pizza, and Chinese food.
